Acquired in 2014, the three-building creative office portfolio is ideally situated in the heart of Culver City, California, within walking distance of restaurants, retailers and the Culver City Arts District. The area is home to several leading media and technology companies including Apple, Amazon, HBO and Sony. The campus is also one block from the Metro Expo line, which offers easy access to the city’s west side and Downtown Los Angeles.
As of August 2022, the campus is 100% leased and currently used for broadcasting, with 21 radio broadcast studios and nine studios built to video/television broadcast standards, as well as open and enclosed office spaces. The buildings feature open floor plans, high bow truss roof structures and ample light.
While the three buildings now total approximately 32,000 square feet, CMCT plans to redevelop the campus into modern creative office space to help support area demand.
